The DEI Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve (MPN 10048) provides professional-grade thermal protection for high-heat exhaust systems. Designed specifically for 4-inch tubing, this 36-inch sleeve uses a flexible knit construction that can expand up to 1.5 times its resting diameter. This expansion capability is critical for mechanics and enthusiasts, as it allows the sleeve to slide easily over bulky exhaust flanges and sensor bungs without snagging.
Constructed from crushed volcanic rock fiber (Titanium), this sleeve effectively traps heat within the exhaust pipe to improve scavenging and reduce radiant heat transfer to sensitive underbody components and the cabin floor. The material is highly durable and allows for custom fitments; simply cut to the required length and roll the ends for a fray-resistant finish.
