Fits select 1936-1952 Chevrolet AK, Bel Air, Fleetline, Styleline, and GMC 150 models. These DFC Premium Service Brake Shoes are engineered to restore reliable braking performance for classic Chevrolet and GMC applications. Constructed from 100% new carbon steel, each shoe is dipped in a high-temperature black paint to resist rust and corrosion in harsh environments.
To ensure a perfect shoe-to-drum interface, the friction material is precision arc-ground, eliminating the need for extensive break-in periods and ensuring full contact right out of the box. These shoes are manufactured following strict OE specifications, utilizing either bonded or riveted friction material depending on the original vehicle design.
