These high-intensity pods utilize custom-engineered Total Internal Reflection (TIR) optics, which capture and direct light from the automotive-grade LEDs into a precise combo beam pattern. Unlike traditional reflectors that lose light to glare, the TIR system maximizes efficiency by focusing output exactly where it is needed.
Built to endure the harshest environments, these Sport-tier pods feature durable powder-coated aluminum housings and an integrated pin-fin heatsink for superior thermal management. Each pod includes a distinctive amber backlight (ABL) that fully illuminates the optic for a modern appearance. Extensively tested to SAE standards, these units are rated for reliable operation in temperatures ranging from -40°F to 185°F.
