The DV8 Offroad Elite Series D-Ring Shackles are engineered for heavy-duty vehicle recovery, offering an 8-ton working load limit (WLL) and a breaking strength exceeding 72,000 lbs. These shackles are forged from 1-1/16" thick steel to provide maximum durability during high-tension pulls. A key feature of the Elite Series is the 7/8" chromoly flush-mount pin, which sits level with the shackle body for a snag-free profile and a clean aesthetic. The pin is designed to be tightened or removed using a standard 3/8" ratchet or chuck.
To ensure a quiet ride on the trail or highway, each pair includes eight polyurethane isolators in two different thicknesses (1/8" and 3/16"). These allow you to fine-tune the fitment to your specific bumper mounts, effectively eliminating rattling and vibration. The shackles are finished in a heavy-duty red powder coat for superior corrosion resistance and visibility in off-road environments.
