The Eaton Detroit Truetrac is a maintenance-free, helical-gear limited-slip differential designed to maximize traction without the harsh engagement of a traditional locker. Engineered for the Front Dana 30 axle, this unit automatically biases torque to the wheel with the most grip, providing smooth and quiet operation during street driving and off-road maneuvers. Unlike clutch-style differentials, the gear-driven Truetrac design has no wearable parts to replace and requires no special friction modifiers.
