EBC Brakes Redstuff Ceramic brake pads are engineered for high-performance street use and premium sedans, offering a significant upgrade over factory equipment. This synthetic fiber-based compound is enhanced with ceramic particles to provide a high nominal friction coefficient of 0.5. Designed for drivers who demand superior stopping power with minimal maintenance, Redstuff pads are EBC’s lowest-dust street formula, producing significantly less dust than semi-metallic alternatives.
These pads deliver excellent cold bite and resist heat fade during repeated heavy braking. Each pad features EBC’s proprietary Brake-In™ surface coating, which conditions the rotor surface and accelerates the bed-in process for immediate safety and performance. Because this is a hard-wearing ceramic material, full bedding may take up to 1,000 miles to perfectly conform to the rotor shape.
- Low-Dust Performance: Formulated to reduce brake dust by 50-90% compared to OE pads; non-metallic dust is easily washed away.
