EBC Redstuff Ceramic brake pads are engineered for high-performance street use and premium vehicles requiring superior stopping power with minimal maintenance. This synthetic fiber-based compound is enhanced with ceramic particles to provide a high-friction bite that performs effectively from cold and improves as heat builds during repeated heavy braking. By eliminating steel fiber particles, Redstuff reduces brake dust by 60-90%, and the remaining residue is non-abrasive and easily cleaned with a simple sponge wash.
These pads include the EBC Brake-In surface coating, which conditions the rotor surface and accelerates the initial bed-in process. As a hard-wearing performance material, Redstuff requires a patient bed-in period of approximately 1,000 miles to fully conform to the brake rotor shape. Most applications are ECE R90 safety approved, ensuring performance that meets or exceeds original equipment standards.
