EBC Brakes Redstuff Ceramic pads are engineered for high-performance street use and premium sedans. This synthetic fiber-based compound is enhanced with ceramic particles to provide high-friction braking with significantly reduced dust levels. By eliminating steel fiber particles, these pads produce 60-90% less dust than standard semi-metallic pads, and the remaining residue is non-abrasive and easily washed away.
Designed to perform effectively from cold while offering superior fade resistance as temperatures rise, Redstuff pads feature a nominal friction coefficient of 0.5. These pads include the EBC Brake-In surface coating, which conditions the rotor surface and accelerates the bed-in process. Note: As a hard-wearing performance pad, full bed-in may take up to 1,000 miles to perfectly match the rotor profile.
