EBC Brakes Redstuff Ceramic Front Brake Pads for Select BMW 2002-2013 (DP31449C)

EBC Redstuff ceramic brake pads are designed as a premium upgrade for high-performance street cars and heavy sedans. Utilizing a synthetic fiber-based compound enhanced with ceramic particles, these pads provide a significant reduction in brake dust—typically 60-90% less than standard pads—while eliminating the steel fiber particles that can lead to wheel pitting. The ceramic material is designed to perform reliably from cold and offers increased resistance to heat fade during repeated heavy braking.

Each pad set features the EBC Brake-In surface coating, which helps condition the rotor surface and accelerates the bedding process. Note that due to the hard-wearing nature of the ceramic compound, full bed-in can take up to 1,000 miles to achieve optimal rotor contact and performance.
