EBC GD Sport Series rotors are engineered to handle the thermal stresses of high-performance driving while maintaining the structural integrity required for the track and street. Unlike traditional drilled rotors that are prone to stress cracking, these rotors utilize blind-drilled dimples that allow for effective degassing of the brake pad surface without compromising the rotor's strength. The wide-aperture slots are specifically designed to draw cool air into the braking zone, reducing temperatures and significantly mitigating brake fade under heavy loads.

Each rotor is precision-cast from OE-spec grey iron in EBC's own UK foundry. To ensure longevity and aesthetics, these rotors feature a gold anodized finish that protects against corrosion on non-contact surfaces. Every unit undergoes rigorous testing for grain structure, tensile strength, and hardness, with 100% of rotors checked for runout to guarantee a vibration-free installation.
