EBC Brakes Redstuff ceramic brake pads are engineered for high-performance street use on premium European sedans and sport compacts. This synthetic fiber-based compound is reinforced with ceramic particles to provide superior stopping power while significantly reducing brake dust by 60% to 90%. Unlike semi-metallic alternatives, the minimal dust produced contains no steel fiber particles, making it easy to remove with a simple sponge wash.

Redstuff pads feature a 0.5 nominal friction coefficient and provide consistent bite from cold, improving as they reach operating temperature. Each pad includes EBC's proprietary Brake-In™ surface coating to condition the rotor and accelerate the initial bedding process. As these are hard-wearing performance pads, they require a patient break-in period of approximately 1,000 miles for the pad to fully seat against the rotor surface.
