EBC Brakes Redstuff Ceramic brake pads are engineered for high-performance street use, providing superior stopping power for premium sedans and sport compacts while significantly reducing brake dust. This synthetic fiber-based compound is enhanced with ceramic particles, eliminating the steel fibers found in conventional pads to prevent harsh dust buildup that can damage wheel finishes. The result is a pad that provides a high friction level while keeping wheels cleaner for longer intervals.
These pads offer a nominal friction coefficient of 0.5, maintaining high friction levels with minimal heat fade during repeated heavy braking. Each pad set features EBC’s proprietary Brake-In™ surface coating, which conditions the rotor surface and accelerates the bed-in process. Designed for the "fast road" enthusiast, Redstuff provides improved cold-braking performance and quieter operation than traditional semi-metallic pads.
