EBC Brakes GD Series Sport rotors are engineered for high-performance street use and spirited driving. Cast from OE-spec grey iron, these rotors feature a wide-aperture slotted and dimpled design that significantly improves braking performance over standard flat rotors. The wide slots draw cool air into the pad contact area while simultaneously venting gas, dirt, and debris from the braking zone. Unlike through-drilled rotors, the blind-drilled dimples maintain structural integrity, preventing the stress cracks often associated with heat-cycled rotors.

These rotors are finished with a gold anodized zinc coating to protect against corrosion on import vehicle hubs. This combination of materials and design reduces brake fade under load, ensures even pad wear, and keeps temperatures lower during frequent high-speed braking.
