These pads are designed to provide consistent stopping power from cold, with performance increasing as the brakes reach operating temperature. Each pad features the EBC Brake-In surface coating, which conditions the rotor and accelerates the bed-in process. Due to the hard-wearing nature of this ceramic compound, drivers should allow for a bed-in period of up to 1,000 miles to ensure the pad fully conforms to the rotor surface.
