The EBC S1 Brake Pad and Rotor Kit (MPN S1KF1715) is a complete braking solution designed for long-term durability and reliable street performance. This kit features EBC rotors treated with a Thermic Black anti-corrosion coating, providing superior resistance against rust and environmental wear. For a proper installation, do not use brake cleaner or other solvents to remove this coating; the brake pads will naturally clear the swept area of the disc within the first 10 to 20 stops.
- Manufacturer Part Number: S1KF1715
- Thermic Black anti-corrosion coating for extended rust resistance
- Geomet anti-rust coating on rotor surfaces
- Includes EBC S1 series brake pads and matching rotors
- Direct fit replacement for original equipment components
Note: To maintain proper braking balance, do not install upgrade pads on the rear of the vehicle unless the front has been similarly upgraded. Warranty coverage is void if the Thermic Black coating is manually removed using chemicals or abrasive methods prior to installation.
