The EBC Brakes S10 Brake Pad and Rotor Kit (MPN S10KR1243) is a comprehensive performance upgrade designed for SUVs and sport compacts requiring improved stopping power over stock components. This kit features EBC Ultimax brake pads, manufactured with a premium Aramid fiber blend that is fully shimmed, slotted, and chamfered to minimize vibration and noise. Each pad is finished with EBC’s patented Brake-in coating to ensure rapid friction seating immediately following installation.
The kit includes wide-aperture slotted G3000 sport vented rotors. These rotors are engineered with wide slots that draw cool air into the contact patch while effectively clearing dust, dirt, and debris. The G3000 iron construction is finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating to prevent corrosion on non-frictional surfaces, ensuring the rotors remain flat and parallel for their service life.
