The EBC Brakes S12 Brake Pad and Rotor Kit (S12KR1404) is an engineered braking solution designed for durability and consistent stopping performance. This matched set replaces worn factory components with high-quality rotors and S-series brake pads, optimized to work together for better thermal management and reliability.
A standout feature of this kit is the Thermic Black anti-corrosion coating applied to the rotors. This protective layer provides long-term resistance against rust in non-contact areas. Note that this coating should NOT be removed using brake cleaner or mechanical methods before installation; the brake pads will naturally clear the coating from the pad swept area within the first 10 to 20 stops.

- Matched pad and rotor set for balanced braking performance
Installation Note: To maintain safe vehicle handling and proper brake bias, do not install upgrade pads on the rear of the vehicle unless the same upgrade is also fitted to the front. Attempting to remove the Thermic Black coating with chemicals will void the EBC warranty.
