The EBC Brakes S3 Brake Pad and Rotor Kit (S3KR1244) is an engineered performance upgrade designed for heavy-duty applications, including light towing and moderately modified trucks. This kit combines high-efficiency EBC brake pads with performance rotors to deliver superior heat management and stopping power compared to OE components.
The included G3000-grade rotors feature a dimpled and slotted design that effectively vents heat and gasses, preventing surface stress cracks during heavy braking. Each rotor is fully balanced and run-out tested to ensure vibration-free performance. For long-term durability, the rotors are finished with a thermic Geomet anti-rust coating that protects the hub and veins from corrosion.
The EBC pads are treated with a patented Brake-in surface coating to accelerate the bedding process, providing reliable friction immediately after installation. This direct-replacement kit is designed to bolt into factory mounting points without modification.
