The EBC Brakes S5 Series kit is a high-efficiency sport upgrade designed for fast street cars that require maximum stopping power. This matched set pairs EBC flagship Yellowstuff high-friction pads with GD series wide-aperture rotors, delivering a significant increase in brake effect over stock components. The GD rotors are cast from G3000 iron and feature a combination of wide slots and spot drilling to effectively expel gas, dust, and debris while maintaining cooler operating temperatures under heavy braking.
The included Yellowstuff pads carry a GG friction rating and are fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to reduce noise. They feature a patented Brake-In™ coating for rapid pad seating right out of the box. Every rotor is finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating to maintain a clean appearance and protect against corrosion.
