The EBC Brakes S5 Brake Pad and Rotor Kit (S5KF1873) is a high-efficiency sport upgrade engineered for fast street cars, SUVs, and light trucks. This kit combines EBC’s flagship Yellowstuff high-friction pads with GD series wide aperture rotors to deliver maximum stopping power and enhanced thermal management. The Yellowstuff pads are GG rated for high friction and feature a patented Brake-in coating for rapid seating. Each pad is fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to maintain quiet operation under high-load conditions.

The GD series sport rotors are cast from G3000 iron and feature wide-aperture slots and spot-drilled dimples. This specialized geometry draws cool air under the pad face, reducing brake temperatures by up to several hundred degrees while effectively clearing dust, gas, and debris. To ensure long-lasting durability and a clean look behind your wheels, the rotors are finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating.
