The EBC Brakes S5 Kit (S5KR1152) is a high-efficiency sport upgrade engineered for heavy-duty applications, including SUVs, light trucks, and high-performance street vehicles. This matched performance set combines EBC’s flagship Yellowstuff high-friction pads with GD series wide-aperture slotted and dimpled rotors to deliver superior stopping power and improved thermal management under load.
Yellowstuff pads are GG-rated for high-temperature stability, providing maximum brake effect while remaining fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted for quiet operation. They feature a patented Brake-In coating to ensure rapid pad seating. The GD series rotors are cast from G3000 iron and feature wide-aperture slots and dimples to expel gas, dust, and debris. Finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating, this direct-fit kit replaces your factory components with no modifications required.
