The EBC Brakes S5 Brake Pad and Rotor Kit (S5KR1470) is a high-performance sport upgrade designed for light trucks, SUVs, and fast street cars requiring maximum stopping power. This kit pairs EBC flagship Yellowstuff high-friction pads with GD series wide-aperture slotted and dimpled rotors to significantly improve thermal management and debris removal during heavy braking.

The Yellowstuff pads are GG-rated for high friction and feature EBC’s patented Brake-In coating for rapid pad seating. Each pad is fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to minimize noise and improve contact. The matching GD series rotors are cast from G3000 iron and feature wide-aperture slots and spot-drilled dimples that pull cool air across the braking surface while clearing dust, gas, and dirt. Both rotors are finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating to maintain a clean appearance and prevent corrosion.
