The EBC Brakes S5 Series Kit provides a complete braking upgrade by matching high-friction Yellowstuff pads with G3000 performance rotors. This kit is engineered for fast street use and light truck/SUV applications, offering a significant increase in stopping power and thermal management over factory components. Each rotor is fully balanced and run-out tested to ensure smooth, vibration-free operation from the moment of installation.
- Yellowstuff High-Friction Pads: Features a race-derived compound that maintains a high friction coefficient even under heavy load and heat.
- Brake-in™ Coating: Patented surface coating on the pads ensures rapid bed-in for immediate braking performance.
- Dimpled and Slotted Rotors: Cast from G3000-grade iron to improve cooling and expel brake gases, preventing surface glazing and brake fade.
- Geomet Corrosion Protection: Rotors are finished with a thermic Geomet anti-rust coating to maintain a clean look and prevent oxidation.
