Fits 1993-1995 Mazda RX-7 (Base, R1, R2, and Touring). This EBC Brakes S5 kit is a high-efficiency sport upgrade designed for fast street cars, high-horsepower sport sedans, and SUVs requiring maximum braking effect without a full big-brake conversion.
The kit features EBC’s flagship Yellowstuff pads, a GG-rated high-friction material that provides excellent bite from cold and maintains performance under high-heat conditions. These pads are fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to minimize noise, and finished with a patented Brake-In coating to accelerate the seating process. Paired with these are the GD Series wide-aperture rotors, cast from G3000 iron and featuring a dimpled and slotted design. This configuration promotes cooling and effectively clears dust, gas, and debris to maintain consistent pad contact.
