The EBC Brakes S5 Kit is a high-performance brake upgrade designed for sport sedans, SUVs, and enthusiast vehicles that require maximum stopping power. This kit pairs EBC’s flagship Yellowstuff high-friction pads with GD Series wide-aperture slotted and dimpled rotors. This combination is engineered to manage high temperatures during spirited street driving or for heavy-duty applications on larger vehicles.

Yellowstuff pads feature a GG friction rating for superior bite and are fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to reduce noise. They utilize EBC’s patented Brake-In coating to ensure rapid seating. The accompanying GD Series rotors are cast from G3000 iron and feature wide-aperture slots and blind-drilled spots to effectively clear dust, gases, and debris while maintaining cooler operating temperatures. Each rotor is finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating to prevent corrosion on non-contact surfaces.
