The EBC Brakes S5 kit is a high-efficiency sport upgrade designed for heavy-duty street use, light trucks, and SUVs. This comprehensive kit bundles EBC Yellowstuff high-friction pads with GD series wide-aperture slotted rotors to provide a significant increase in stopping power and thermal management over the factory braking system. The GD rotors are cast from G3000 iron and feature a dimpled and wide-slot design that effectively draws cool air into the braking contact zone while venting dust, gases, and debris.

The included Yellowstuff pads are GG-rated for high friction and maintain performance even under high operating temperatures. Each pad is fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to minimize noise and features EBC’s patented Brake-In coating to ensure rapid seating during initial installation. For long-term durability and appearance, the rotors are finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating.
