The EBC Brakes S5 Series kit is a high-efficiency sport upgrade designed for high-horsepower street cars, SUVs, and light trucks. This matched set pairs EBC Yellowstuff high-friction pads with GD Series wide-aperture slotted and spot-drilled rotors to provide superior stopping power and thermal management. The Yellowstuff pads feature a GG friction rating for maximum initial bite and are fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to minimize noise. Each pad is finished with a patented Brake-In coating to accelerate the bedding process.

The included GD Series rotors are cast from G3000 iron and feature wide-aperture slots and blind-drilled holes to facilitate the removal of dust, gas, and debris while maintaining cooler operating temperatures. A Geomet anti-rust coating is applied to the rotors to prevent corrosion on non-swept surfaces. This kit is a direct-fit replacement for factory components, requiring no modifications for installation.
