The EBC Brakes S5 kit is a high-efficiency sport upgrade designed for fast street driving, SUVs, and high-horsepower sedans. This comprehensive kit combines EBC flagship Yellowstuff pads with GD series wide-aperture slotted and dimpled rotors to provide maximum stopping power and superior thermal management without the need for a full big-brake conversion.
The included Yellowstuff pads feature a high-friction GG rating, providing excellent cold bite and remaining effective under higher temperatures. These pads are fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to minimize noise and include the patented EBC Brake-In coating for rapid pad-to-rotor seating. Paired with these are the GD series rotors, cast from G3000 metallurgy. The wide-aperture slots and dimpled holes effectively clear gas, dust, and debris while pulling cool air across the braking surface to prevent thermal fade.
