The EBC Brakes S5 kit is a high-efficiency sport upgrade designed for fast street cars, SUVs, and light trucks. This comprehensive kit pairs EBC flagship Yellowstuff pads with GD series wide-aperture rotors to provide maximum braking effect and thermal management. The Yellowstuff pads feature a high-friction GG rating and are fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to minimize noise while maximizing bite. Each pad is finished with EBC’s patented Brake-In coating to ensure rapid seating right out of the box.

The included GD series sport rotors are cast from G3000 iron and feature wide-aperture slots and spot-drilled (dimpled) venting. This design facilitates the rapid removal of dust, gas, dirt, and debris while keeping the braking surface significantly cooler than stock solid rotors. To ensure longevity and a clean appearance, the rotors are treated with a Geomet anti-rust coating.
