The EBC S5 brake kit is a high-performance street upgrade engineered for maximum stopping power and superior thermal management. This kit pairs EBC’s flagship Yellowstuff high-friction pads with the wide-aperture GD series sport rotors, providing a significant increase in braking response for high-horsepower Corvette applications.
- Yellowstuff Pads: GG-rated high-friction compound designed for maximum brake effect. Each pad is fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to minimize noise and vibration. Features a patented EBC Brake-In coating for rapid pad seating.
- GD Series Rotors: These wide-aperture, dimpled, and slotted vented rotors are built for cooling. The design facilitates the efficient removal of dust, gas, dirt, and debris from the braking surface.
