Fits 2004-2011 Mazda RX-8 (Base, R3, Sport, Grand Touring, Touring, Shinka, and 40th Anniversary Edition).
The EBC Brakes S9 Yellowstuff and USR Slotted Rotor Kit is a matched high-performance braking solution designed for spirited street driving and occasional track use. This kit centers on EBC’s flagship Yellowstuff high-friction pads, which are GG-rated and fully shimmed, chamfered, and slotted to manage thermal stress and reduce vibration. These pads feature a patented Brake-In surface coating to ensure rapid pad seating immediately after installation.
To complement the high-friction pads, the kit includes USR series sport rotors. These fine-slotted rotors are specifically engineered to reduce wind noise during high-speed braking compared to wider slotted designs. Every rotor is finished with a Geomet anti-rust coating to prevent corrosion on non-contact surfaces. This direct-fit kit requires no modifications to your factory brake setup and includes caliper lubricant for a complete installation.
