The EBC Brakes S9 series kit is a high-performance brake upgrade designed for aggressive street driving and occasional track use. This comprehensive kit (MPN S9KF1406) combines EBC's flagship Yellowstuff high-friction pads with USR fine-slotted sport rotors to deliver maximum braking effect without the excessive wind noise often associated with aggressively slotted rotors. The Yellowstuff pads carry a GG friction rating and feature factory-style shims, chamfers, and slots to reduce vibration and noise.

Each rotor is treated with a Geomet anti-rust coating to maintain a clean appearance and prevent corrosion on non-contact surfaces. To ensure immediate performance out of the box, the pads are finished with EBC’s patented Brake-In coating, which accelerates the pad seating process and helps properly bed the new rotors.
