Fits select 1997-2019 Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles equipped with V8-4.6L, V8-5.4L, or V10-6.8L engines.
The Edelbrock Max Fire Coil-On-Plug (COP) set is engineered as a direct performance replacement for factory coils, providing higher energy and voltage output than standard components. This increase in spark energy facilitates quicker engine starts, improved idle quality, and more consistent combustion under load. Each coil is built with heavy-duty primary and secondary windings housed in a high-durability casing that is resistant to heat, shock, vibration, and corrosion.
While this set of eight is a complete solution for V8 engines, it can also be used for 6.8L Triton V10 applications by adding two additional single coils (MPN 22780). These coils bolt directly to factory mounting locations for a straightforward installation.
