Original rubber body mounts are prone to cracking, sagging, and distortion over time, leading to poor cab-to-bed alignment and chassis vibration. The Energy Suspension Hyper-Flex polyurethane mount set is engineered to bridge the gap between soft OE rubber and harsh aluminum mounts. This proprietary polyurethane formula provides the durability needed for heavy-duty use while maintaining enough compliance for a smooth street ride.
These mounts restore proper ride height and ensure the body remains correctly indexed to the frame. For added structural integrity, these bushings feature zinc-plated steel rings molded into the polyurethane where application-specific requirements demand extra reinforcement.
