Factory rubber bushings are prone to softening, cracking, and excessive deflection over time, especially when subjected to off-road use or the added weight of larger wheel and tire packages. This kit replaces those pliable OE mounts with Energy's proprietary Hyper-Flex polyurethane, providing a firmer, more stable foundation for the steering rack.
Engineered for durability and performance, these bushings maintain proper rack alignment under load, ensuring more direct feedback through the steering wheel. Unlike rubber, Hyper-Flex polyurethane is resistant to road contaminants, oils, and ozone, meaning these components won't rot or degrade even in harsh environments.
