Over time, factory rubber bushings dry out, crack, and lose their shape, resulting in excessive deflection that compromises alignment and handling. These performance polyurethane bushings are engineered to provide the necessary rigidity to keep your leaf springs aligned while remaining resilient enough for trail articulation.
The proprietary Hyper-Flex polyurethane material is significantly more durable than OE rubber, designed to last 5 to 10 times longer while resisting degradation from oil, road salt, and environmental contaminants. By maintaining consistent suspension geometry, these bushings provide better control during hard braking, cornering, and acceleration, effectively eliminating the "sloppy" feeling of a worn suspension.
