The Fel-Pro 1134 PermaTorqueMLS Performance Cylinder Head Gasket is engineered to meet the demands of high-performance engines that face extreme cylinder pressures and significant head movement. Designed specifically for the repair environment, this multi-layer steel (MLS) gasket provides a reliable seal even on imperfect surfaces that standard gaskets cannot accommodate.
Featuring strategically located sealing beads around the combustion chambers and coolant passages, the PermaTorqueMLS design concentrates clamping force where it is most critical. This construction is especially effective for engines utilizing dissimilar materials, such as aluminum cylinder heads on cast iron blocks, where thermal expansion causes scrubbing between the mating surfaces.
