Engineered to significantly reduce rotational mass, the Fidanza 143221 aluminum flywheel delivers faster throttle response and quicker acceleration by freeing up horsepower that would otherwise be spent spinning a heavy OE component. This performance flywheel is 40% to 60% lighter than stock, providing a lower Moment of Inertia (MOI) for a more connected driving experience. The billet body is CNC-machined from high-strength 6061 T6 or 2024 T4 aluminum to ensure durability under high-RPM conditions.
Fidanza flywheels feature a unique bolt-on replaceable friction plate made from heat-treated steel, allowing for easy serviceability without replacing the entire unit. The hardened 1050 steel ring gear is also replaceable and provides reliable starter engagement. Always verify the bolt pattern for your specific clutch friction kit before installation.
