The factory CP4 fuel pump in the LML Duramax is known for catastrophic failures that can contaminate the entire fuel system with metal debris. This Fleece Performance conversion kit replaces the vulnerable CP4 with a high-performance 10mm heavy-duty Bosch CP3, significantly improving both long-term reliability and fueling capability. This kit provides an OEM-level fit and finish using custom components engineered specifically for the LML platform.

The included CP3 features a 10mm displacement cam to support increased fuel demand. The kit is designed for a seamless installation with Fleece-exclusive molded fuel feed and return hoses, high-flow fittings, and a valley feed line that supports aftermarket lift pump integration. For optimal performance, if using a lift pump, feed pressure to the CP3 should be regulated to 2 psi or less to prevent engine surging.
