Fits 2016-2019 Nissan Titan XD trucks (Platinum Reserve, PRO-4X, S, SL, SV) equipped with the 5.0L Cummins diesel engine.
The Fleece Performance Lift Pump and Filter Rebuild Kit (MPN: FPE-LP-TITAN-1619) provides everything needed to refresh the lift pump and stage 1 fuel filter assembly on your 5.0L Cummins. This kit is designed specifically for vehicles utilizing fuel filter and fuel pump assemblies 16400-EZ40A or 16400-EZ40B. By replacing the internal pump and utilizing high-quality Fleetguard filtration, you can restore proper fuel delivery and filtration efficiency without replacing the entire housing.
- New OE replacement fuel pump
- Fleetguard Stage 1 lower fuel filter
- Fleetguard under-hood fuel filter
- Replacement O-rings for the fuel pump and stage 1 filter head
- Restores fuel system integrity and pressure
Installer Note: The fuel pump priming procedure must be performed according to factory instructions after installation and prior to the first engine crank. This ensures all air is purged from the system. Failure to prime the pump will result in low feed pressure, extended cranking, and potential permanent damage to the new pump.
