This comprehensive kit provides superior filtration by plumbing a high-efficiency Donaldson water separator between the fuel tank and the engine. It includes everything required to properly route and filter fuel for your 24-valve Cummins, ensuring the sensitive VP44 receives clean, debris-free fuel.
The heart of the kit is a Donaldson 3-micron fuel filter and water separator, supported by a heavy-duty filter base with integral mounting. High-quality Push Lock hose and necessary AN/barb fittings are included to complete the installation. Note: 1998.5-1999 model year trucks require a new chassis-side fuel heater connector pigtail (Fleece P/N FPE-HAR-CUMM-FH-PT).
