The factory turbo oil feed on 2001-2016 Duramax engines is supplied via the #4 cam journal bearing. This design is inherently restrictive and carries the risk of complete oil starvation if the bearing slips, leading to catastrophic turbo failure. This kit bypasses that weakness by allowing you to supply the turbocharger directly from the oil galley rifle on the engine block.

The included high-pressure hose features an extra-flexible, smooth-bore Teflon core for maximum flow and durability.
