The Fox 2.0 Performance Series IFP (Internal Floating Piston) front shock is engineered to upgrade the handling and ride quality of your heavy-duty GM truck. This bolt-on shock replaces restrictive factory units with a race-proven design, providing better heat dissipation and consistent damping performance. By utilizing an internal floating piston to separate the high-pressure nitrogen gas from the shock oil, Fox eliminates oil aeration (foaming) to maintain predictable control even in harsh conditions or through repeated cycling.

Construction features a 2.0-inch metal-impacted 6061-T6 aluminum body that dissipates heat up to four times faster than conventional steel shocks. The clear-anodized finish ensures long-term corrosion resistance in harsh environments. Inside, a race-developed high-flow piston and application-specific valving work together to reduce vehicle sway and improve on-road comfort while extending drop-out travel for off-road use.
