The Fox 2.5 Performance Series Smooth Body IFP HTO shock is engineered to manage the increased demands of 6-8 inch lift kits, providing superior off-road damping while maintaining a connected, comfortable ride on the street. The 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body is designed to dissipate heat four times faster than conventional steel shocks, ensuring fade-resistant performance in harsh environments. Featuring an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) to separate oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas and a Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) piston, this shock provides a controlled, smooth feel throughout the entire suspension stroke.
