FOX Upper Control Arms (UCAs) are essential for optimizing suspension geometry on the Ford F-150 Raptor, especially when lifting the vehicle. Raising the ride height often compromises factory alignment by adding excessive caster; these billet arms provide the necessary correction to restore proper alignment specs while maximizing droop travel for increased off-road articulation. The result is a precise, comfortable ride with reduced steering wander at high speeds.
CNC machined in the USA from T6061 billet aluminum, these arms feature a Type II black anodized finish for superior corrosion resistance. This kit (MPN 803-35-018) is designed as a direct bolt-on solution using factory mounting points, requiring no chassis modifications.
- CNC machined T6061 billet aluminum construction with laser-etched FOX logo.
- 1.25-inch uniballs with hard chrome plated balls and low carbon steel races.
- 3/4-inch chromoly heim joints are fully adjustable for precise caster and camber tuning.
- Kevlar fiber reinforced PTFE liners in heim joints and uniballs to mitigate noise and prevent binding.
- Stainless-steel taper misalignment spacers and 12-point bolts for a secure fit at the steering knuckle.
- Direct bolt-on installation; no vehicle chassis modifications required.
