The Fox Factory Race Series 3.5 5-Tube External Bypass shock provides professional-level damping control for long-travel off-road applications. Designed for position-sensitive performance, the 5-tube external bypass allows for precise, independent tuning of the compression and rebound zones. This 16-inch travel shock features a piggyback reservoir to increase oil capacity and improve cooling during high-speed desert runs or technical terrain navigation.
Construction includes a 3.5-inch smooth bore zinc-plated steel body finished with a proprietary Cerakote protective ceramic coating for exceptional durability against corrosion and debris. The 17-4 H900 hard chrome plated stainless steel shaft is supported by redundant seals to ensure integrity in the harshest environments. For consistent performance under extreme thermal loads, this shock is filled with JM92 MIL-SPEC oil and utilizes CNC-machined black anodized aluminum components.
