The Fox 2.0 Performance Series Smooth Body IFP (Internal Floating Piston) front shock delivers bolt-on performance designed to handle the increased demands of a lifted Dodge or Ram truck. These shocks improve both off-road articulation by extending drop-out travel and on-road stability by reducing vehicle sway through application-specific valving. The IFP design separates the high-pressure nitrogen gas from the shock oil, preventing aeration and ensuring fade-free damping during aggressive use.

Constructed with a 6061-T6 aluminum body, this shock dissipates heat four times faster than traditional steel-bodied shocks, maintaining consistent performance in harsh environments. The 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft and race-developed high-flow piston are built to withstand heavy-duty use. For long-term reliability, the unit features a redundant sealing system and Teflon-lined heat-treated spherical bearings.
