The Fox 2.0 Performance Series Remote Reservoir shock delivers industry-leading cooling and consistent damping for heavy-duty trucks and SUVs. Designed to increase drop-out travel and off-road capability, this shock utilizes an external reservoir to significantly increase oil and nitrogen capacity. This design effectively dissipates heat, preventing fade during sustained use on rough terrain or while towing. The 2.0-inch metal-impacted 6061-T6 aluminum body resists rust and dissipates heat four times faster than conventional steel bodies.

Internally, the shock features a race-developed high-flow piston and a true internal floating piston (IFP) that separates the high-pressure nitrogen gas from the shock oil. This separation ensures the oil remains aeration-free for predictable valving across all environments. Installation is straightforward, utilizing vehicle-specific valving and hourglass bushings for increased articulation.
