The Fox 2.0 Performance Series Smooth Body IFP front shock (MPN: 980-24-654) is designed to transform the handling and control of your Ford Super Duty. Engineered for 0-1 inch of lift, these shocks utilize an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) to separate the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber. This design prevents oil aeration, ensuring consistent, fade-resistant damping performance whether you are navigating highway washboards or technical off-road trails.
Built for durability and thermal efficiency, the 2.0-inch metal-impacted 6061-T6 aluminum body dissipates heat significantly faster than conventional steel shocks. The clear-anodized finish provides a durable barrier against corrosion, while the race-developed high-flow piston and application-specific valving deliver a predictable, connected ride quality with reduced vehicle sway.
