The Garrett GVW-50 is a high-performance 50mm external wastegate engineered to provide precise boost control for high-horsepower turbocharged applications. Designed using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), the valve shape and housing geometry maximize flow capacity and minimize boost creep, ensuring stable manifold pressure even under extreme exhaust temperatures.
Constructed with a high-temperature stainless steel valve housing and a Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm, this wastegate (MPN 908829-0003) is built for exceptional thermal resistance and durability. The kit includes a black anodized actuator cap and a complete set of V-band hardware for a secure, leak-free installation on custom manifolds.
